SKUWorks wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built out of frustration.

We run our own product business. We deal with factories, freight forwarders, warehouses, barcodes, GTINs, carton labels and purchase orders every single day. And for years, we managed it the same way most brands do:

• Spreadsheets.
• Version confusion.
• Barcode mix-ups.
• Last-minute carton label edits.
• “Which SKU list is the final one?”

It worked, until it didn't.

As our SKU count grew, complexity multiplied. One small mistake in a design file or Purchase Order could mean reprints, relabelling, or delays at a warehouse. That's when it became obvious:

Production should run on structured data, not disconnected files.
